  I'm surprised to read the reviews about customer service because this credit union has always been great to us. For example, I recently had an issue with my mortgage (I paid twice by accident) and I was able to email a real person who got back to me within the hour and resolved the matter that day. I've had mortgages at big banks before and I've never had that level of personalized service.
